9月2日,第十四届半导体设备材料及核心部件展在无锡太湖国际博览中心圆满落幕。磐谷携搭载适用于半导体及先进制造工厂的可靠后备电源动力单元,亮相A4-506展位,与众多半导体行业厂务代表及总包代表深入交流,产品实力获得一致认可。

Yestoday,the 14th Semiconductor Equipment, Materials, and Core Parts Exhibition came to a successful close at the Wuxi Taihu International Expo Center. GOOGOL presented its reliable backup power solutions tailored for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities at Booth A4-506, engaging in in-depth discussions with numerous facility and general contractor representatives from the semiconductor industry. The product's capabilities received unanimous recognition.

半导体制造工艺属于特级一级负荷,毫秒级的电压跌落或短暂停电,便可能导致晶圆报废、EUV/刻蚀腔体损坏、昂贵耗材失效等严重后果。针对这一严苛场景,磐谷为半导体工厂量身打造的动力单元具备两大核心优势——毫秒级快速响应与足功率储备,产品完全满足ISO 8528-5标准的G3性能要求,并具备优异的单步负载带载能力。

Semiconductor manufacturing processes fall under Class 1, Level 1 critical loads—even millisecond-level voltage sags or momentary power outages can lead to scrapped wafers, damage to EUV/etching chambers, and the failure of expensive consumables. To address this demanding scenario, GOOGOL's power units, purpose-built for semiconductor fabs, offer two core advantages: millisecond-level rapid response and full power reserve. The products fully meet the G3 performance requirements of the ISO 8528-5 standard and exhibit excellent single-step load capability.

经过严苛的耐久验证,该动力单元成功通过“11小时100%负载+1小时110%负载”交替连续运行248小时的考核。针对半导体行业特殊使用需求,磐谷提供5年或4500小时超长质保,为客户免除后顾之忧。

After rigorous endurance testing, the power unit successfully passed a 248-hour alternating continuous operation test consisting of "11 hours at 100% load + 1 hour at 110% load." In response to the specific needs of the semiconductor industry, GOOGOL offers an extended warranty of 5 years or 4,500 operating hours, providing customers with complete peace of mind.

磐谷动力单元配套的交流发电机均采用5/6节距转子设计,高、低压GP系列均可从容应对100%和110%负载输出;高压发电机引入流体仿真技术优化风路结构,散热效率显著提升,温升降低,整机效率更优。依托VPI真空压力浸漆工艺、H级绝缘等级及极低的超瞬变电抗,发电机能够适应各种非线性负载,大功率突加响应迅捷,电压波动极小,全面满足半导体工厂对电力保障的高可靠性需求。

The alternators supplied with GOOGOL's power units all feature a 5/6-pitch rotor design. Both the high-voltage and low-voltage GP (Genset) series can comfortably handle 100% and 110% load outputs. The high-voltage generators employ fluid simulation technology to optimize the ventilation path, significantly improving heat dissipation, reducing temperature rise, and enhancing overall efficiency. With the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) process, a Class H insulation rating, and extremely low sub-transient reactance, the generators are well-suited for various non-linear loads, offering fast response to large load steps and minimal voltage fluctuation—fully meeting the high-reliability power requirements of semiconductor fabs.
